Terms & Conditions – Travel With Alicia Nichol

Welcome to Travel With Alicia Nichol, your luxury travel planning and concierge service. By booking services or consultations with Travel With Alicia Nichol, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment or deposit is received.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Please note that all services and products from Travel With Alicia Nichol are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the travel advisor’s discretion.

  • Refunds, changes, and late fees for travel bookings are governed by the policies of the respective travel partners (cruise lines, resorts, airlines, tour operators).

  • Travel With Alicia Nichol is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or schedule changes made by third-party suppliers.

3. Consultations

  • Consultations include a 10-minute grace period.

  • Time exceeding the grace period incurs a $50 consultation fee, which will be credited toward your final travel booking if you choose to book through Travel With Alicia Nichol.

  • A $25 fee applies for any missed consultations, in respect of our advisors’ time and scheduling.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Partner Terms & Policies

All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel partners. This includes fees, penalties, and restrictions for changes or cancellations. Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to booking.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate personal and travel information, review all confirmations upon receipt, and promptly notify Travel With Alicia Nichol of any discrepancies.

6. Liability

Travel With Alicia Nichol acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel partners. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or additional expenses caused by third-party actions, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
