Includes logistics, rooming lists, communication support, and itinerary coordination.

2. Research Requirements

Minimal research aligns with Tier 1; deep or multi‑destination research aligns with Tier 3.

3. Number of Travelers or Decision‑Makers

Solo travelers or couples fall into Tier 1; large groups, weddings, or corporate teams fall into Tier 3.

4. Coordination Level

Limited communication aligns with Tier 1; room blocks, RSVPs, vendor coordination, or corporate approvals align with Tier 3.
