Travel With Alicia Nichol provides personalized travel planning, concierge-style coordination, consultation services, and travel-related assistance. These policies are intended to provide transparency, protect both parties, and clearly outline service expectations.
Services Provided
Travel with Alicia Nichol provides travel-related consultation, planning assistance, research, coordination, recommendations, itinerary preparation, and concierge-style support.
Travel With Alicia Nichol acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

travel insurance companies
Travel with Alicia Nichol does not own, operate, manage, or control third-party suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, policies, errors, delays, cancellations, service failures, pricing changes, or operational decisions.
Consultation Policies
Consultation sessions are intended to provide personalized travel guidance, planning recommendations, and service discussions.
Consultations include a 10-minute grace period.
Extended consultation time beyond the scheduled session may result in additional consultation fees at the discretion of Travel with Alicia Nichol.
Missed consultations or no-show appointments may result in a non-refundable missed appointment fee.
Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Consultation fees compensate for reserved time, expertise, research preparation, scheduling, and professional planning support.
Planning & Service Fees
Travel with Alicia Nichol may charge planning or service fees for custom travel assistance requiring additional time, research, coordination, itinerary preparation, concierge support, or specialized planning services.

Standard travel bookings may not require additional planning fees.
Service fees apply primarily to travelers requesting advanced planning, customized support, research-intensive assistance, or concierge-level coordination.
All applicable fees, invoices, quotes, or service charges will be discussed before work begins.
Service fees may occasionally be adjusted, reduced, waived, or customized at the discretion of Travel with Alicia Nichol.
Payment Policies
Invoices must be paid in full before planning, research, coordination, recommendations, itinerary development, or concierge services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments submitted toward consultations, planning services, research, or customized work compensate for professional time, expertise, coordination, and labor already allocated to the client request.
Failure to complete travel bookings does not automatically qualify a client for refunds on completed consultation or planning services.
Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic payment platforms, invoices, or other approved payment methods.
Travel With Alicia Nichol reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue services for unpaid balances, declined payments, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or policy violations.
Refunds, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of consultations, planning services, research, coordination, and custom travel assistance, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

These services constitute completed professional labor even if travel plans later change, are canceled, or are not ultimately booked.
By submitting payment, clients agree not to initiate fraudulent or improper chargebacks for legitimately provided services, consultations, planning work, research, digital deliverables, coordination efforts, or completed advisory services.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Travel with Alicia Nichol reserves the right to provide:

proof of completed work
to financial institutions, payment processors, dispute investigators, legal representatives, or relevant authorities as evidence supporting the validity of charges.
Clients agree that initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel outstanding balances or invalidate agreed-upon service terms.
Fraudulent chargebacks or intentionally false disputes may result in:

Third-Party Supplier Policies & Liability
All travel bookings remain subject to the individual terms, conditions, restrictions, cancellation policies, refund policies, operational procedures, and supplier rules of the applicable third-party travel provider.
Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier policies before confirming bookings.
Travel With Alicia Nichol is not responsible for:

Any refunds, credits, compensation, or reimbursements related to travel bookings remain subject to supplier approval and supplier policies.
Travel With Alicia Nichol cannot guarantee supplier availability, pricing accuracy, travel outcomes, or uninterrupted travel experiences.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

understanding destination entry requirements

Failure to review documents does not transfer responsibility to Travel with Alicia Nichol.
