Membership Cancellation Policy

At Travel With Alicia Nichol (TWAN), we value our members and are committed to providing ongoing travel resources, concierge support, and membership benefits.

This page allows TWAN+ members to submit a request to cancel their recurring membership subscription.

Please review the cancellation terms below before submitting your request.

Cancellation Request Requirements:

To cancel your TWAN+ membership, members must submit the official cancellation request form.

Cancellation requests must include:

✓ Full name associated with the membership
✓ Email address used for subscription payments
✓ Membership level
✓ Cancellation reason
✓ Date of cancellation request submission

Cancellation requests submitted through other methods (including social media messages, verbal requests, or third-party communication channels) may not be accepted until the official cancellation form has been completed.

Cancellation Timeframe

Members may request cancellation at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next membership period, cancellation requests must be submitted at least:

5 business days before the next scheduled billing date

Requests submitted less than 5 business days before the next billing date may not be processed before the upcoming payment is charged.

In this situation:

  • The membership will remain active through the paid billing period.

  • Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of that billing cycle.

  • The membership cancellation will take effect before the following billing period.

Important Billing Information

Your Cancellation Will Begin During the Next Billing Cycle

Submitting a cancellation request does not immediately terminate your active membership benefits.

Once your cancellation request has been reviewed and approved:

Your TWAN+ membership will be scheduled for cancellation and will end at the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle.

You will not receive additional membership charges after your cancellation effective date.

Example:

If your membership renews on the 15th of each month and your cancellation request is approved, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid period. Your next scheduled payment will be canceled.

Refund Policy

TWAN+ memberships are recurring subscription services.

Membership payments cover access to:

  • Travel resources

  • Membership benefits

  • Digital materials

  • Concierge support availability

  • Member services provided during the active membership period

Because membership benefits become available immediately after enrollment:

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial months

  • Unused membership benefits

  • Failure to use membership services

  • Missed opportunities to access member benefits

  • Cancellation requests submitted after a payment has already processed

Automatic Renewal Authorization

By enrolling in TWAN+, members authorize Travel With Alicia Nichol to charge the selected subscription payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation is requested and processed.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

If payment information changes, members should update their payment details through the provided payment portal.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled membership payment fails:

  • TWAN may attempt to process the payment again.

  • Membership access may be temporarily limited until payment is resolved.

  • Continued non-payment may result in membership cancellation.

Membership Benefits After Cancellation

After cancellation becomes effective:

  • Access to TWAN+ member benefits will end.

  • Member-only resources may no longer be available.

  • Future membership charges will stop.

  • Previous payments remain non-refundable.

Any travel bookings, invoices, planning fees, or separate services already purchased are governed by their individual terms and conditions.

Travel Services Are Separate From Membership

TWAN+ membership does not include payment for:

  • Cruise fares

  • Vacation packages

  • Resort stays

  • Excursions

  • Travel insurance

  • Transportation

  • Supplier fees

  • Additional planning services

Travel purchases and professional travel services are subject to separate agreements, supplier policies, and cancellation terms.

Account Security & Payment Protection

Members agree that:

  • They are responsible for authorized use of their membership account.

  • They must provide accurate billing information.

  • They will not initiate unauthorized chargebacks for valid membership charges.

Any billing disputes should first be submitted directly to Travel With Alicia Nichol for review and resolution.

Cancellation Confirmation

After submitting your cancellation request:

  1. TWAN will review your request.

  2. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation status.

  3. Your cancellation effective date will be provided.

  4. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.
