TWAN+ Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your TWAN+ membership at any time by submitting a request through our Cancellation Page. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid term.


Monthly Memberships (All Tiers)

Monthly plans may be canceled at any time.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for monthly plans.

This applies to:

  • Individual

  • Starter

  • Group

  • Corporate

  • Additional traveler fees (Corporate 100+)

 

Annual Memberships (All Tiers)

Annual plans may be canceled at any time.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your paid annual term.

 

Corporate Additional Traveler Fees (Over 100 Travelers)

Additional traveler fees are billed monthly.
These fees are non‑refundable once billed.
Traveler counts may be adjusted for future billing cycles.

Service Availability

TWAN+ provides travel planning, support, and membership services.
We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or policies of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or third‑party suppliers.

 

No Guarantee of Travel Outcomes

Membership does not guarantee:

  • specific travel dates

  • specific pricing

  • upgrades

  • availability

  • promotions

  • supplier approval

All travel is subject to supplier rules and availability.

 

Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a TWAN+ membership, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation is submitted through the Cancellation Page.

 

Refund Limitations

Refunds are issued only as outlined in this policy.
TWAN+ reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the stated refund windows.

 

Policy Changes

TWAN+ may update or modify this policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page and apply to all active memberships.

 

Limitation of Liability

TWAN+ is not responsible for:

  • supplier cancellations

  • schedule changes

  • price increases

  • travel delays

  • acts of nature

  • passport/visa issues

  • traveler errors

Our liability is limited to the value of the membership fee paid.
