Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy (60-Day Notice & Late Cancellation Options)

  1. Cancellation Requests Must Be Submitted in Writing
    All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official cancellation form. Requests submitted by email, phone, or other methods will not be accepted.

  2. Standard 60-Day Notice

  • All cancellations require at least 60 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Membership and billing will continue throughout this 60-day notice period.

  1. Late Cancellation Options
    If a cancellation request is submitted less than 60 days before the next billing cycle, members have two options:

Option 1 – Accelerated Termination / Severance Payment

  • The member will receive an invoice via the payment portal for:

    1. The late cancellation fee (equal to one month of their current plan).

    2. Any remaining fees owed through the 60-day notice period.

  • Once the invoice is paid in full, membership will terminate immediately.

Option 2 – Standard 60-Day Notice Applies

  • Membership will continue through the full 60-day notice period, and all applicable monthly fees will continue to be charged.

  • Services will only terminate at the end of this notice period.

  1. Ongoing Billing Obligations
    Members are responsible for all fees incurred until the membership is officially terminated, either by full payment under Option 1 or completion of the 60-day notice period under Option 2. This includes any administrative, service, or processing fees.

  2. No Refunds
    All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months or fees paid prior to cancellation.

  3. Confirmation of Cancellation
    A written confirmation of the cancellation request and the effective termination date will be sent once the request and any required payments are processed.

  4. Enforceability
    By enrolling in this membership, members acknowledge and agree that this cancellation policy is binding and enforceable, and that any disputes will be governed by the terms herein.
