Subagent Program & Advancement Opportunity

All new advisors begin as Subagents under my leadership structure during their first year within the program.

This allows new advisors to gain experience, training, mentorship, and industry knowledge while building their business with support and guidance.

Subagents begin with a 60% commission split during their first year.

After successfully completing one year within the program, advisors may request consideration for release to Full Independent Agent status through the program’s offboarding process.

Once released as an independent agent, advisors may choose to:

• Continue operating independently
• Build their own travel brand
• Create and lead their own advisor teams
• Expand their business structure independently

Advancement and release eligibility are based on professionalism, account standing, training completion, and overall readiness to operate independently.

All advisors operate as independent contractors through Gateway Travel.

Participation in this program does not guarantee income, commissions, clients, or business success. Results vary based on individual effort, professionalism, consistency, training completion, and business development activities.

Required onboarding and applicable training must be completed before independently booking or servicing clients.
